The Cottage Cup

Established in 2013, The Cottage Cup & Boathouse serves the Highway 60, Algonquin Park corridor and surrounding lakeside communities. Whether its Canadian cottage style gifts, souvenirs, local lake ware, famous butter tarts or delectable eats from the Boathouse, this unique store has something for everyone.  Owners Donaven and Amanda Welk have focused their efforts on variety and staying true to their desire to serve the seasonal and transient visitors that visit them daily. Customer Service and the ability to provide memories for every customer who comes through their doors, has allowed them to build a customer base that returns to the store annually as they cottage, camp and travel throughout the valley. This historic log building with the big atmosphere has become a staple on the Highway 60 corridor for many, and stays true to its theme that “every visit is a memory.”
