Lesha Kokosky

Lesha’s subjects vary, whether they are landscape, still life, or abstract image. These are handled in contemporary, often representational ways. The work often leads her to exalt the simple things we live with and take for granted, and sometimes to delve into expression of a more abstract nature, the relationship of emotion and memory, and most recently, to describe her personal relationship to landscape, portraiture and flowers.

Lesha is formally trained at the University of Toronto and Ontario of College of Art, and is a member of the Women’s Art Association of Canada.
