Paddler Co-op is a community-based non-profit working to build a better paddling community by providing high quality whitewater instruction and family adventures at an affordable price.
We offer paddling courses, rentals, trip guiding and outfitting, river access and camping amid towering pines on the Madawaska River. Our programs are safe, fun, and engaging, with something for paddlers of all ages and ability levels!
With four-day youth day and overnight camps for beginners through to experienced paddlers from age seven and up, and longer overnight camps for teenagers seeking adventure and leadership development, there’s something for everyone.
For adults, we offer two-day and longer courses open to the public, or custom options for just your family or crew.
Our certified instructors provide a knowledgeable, safe and enjoyable experience on the river and the family-friendly laid back vibe at our campground is what makes many of our members call Paddler Co-op their home-away-from-home in Palmer Rapids.
Open seasonally for camping, rentals and instruction from May 1 to October 31, from 9 am to 5 pm daily, with group- and family-discount options. Make your summer extra memorable with a visit to Paddler Co-op!
